Scheduling:
Please call 570-414-7700. For your convenience, we suggest you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon or spa.
Check-In:
For salon/nail appointments, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
For spa services, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will give you ample time to change into a robe and slippers.
Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate a 24 hour notice for any changes that need to be made with your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.
Payment for Services
The Sapphire gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Sapphire Gift Cards & Certificates, Montage Gift Cards and Cash.
Effective February 1, 2009 we will no longer accept personal checks
as a form of payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
